2 Malachi

יְהוָֽה־ מַלְאַ֥ךְ

Yehovah God speaks to us through music

I am discovering that all of my favourite songs, songs that I have loved for 30-40 years, all have a sublime faith-based message to me from God (and the message also works for His bride too).

So, I will post them here for your enjoyment, listen to the lyrics, feel God’s desire for our lifelong devotion, and the pain He feels when we kiss and run from Him. This song is incredibly beautiful and fits perfectly with our constant rebellion. I feel so sorry for God, so sad for Him, that He so wants us to be with Him and to be devoted to Him and to share His love with us, and we keep turning away from Him, breaking the rules. How His heart must ache for the loss.

Here’s the song, please use headphones or decent speakers, it has a good bass running through it:

Edit, 3rd May 2020:

A brother listened to the song and told me he couldn’t see any special faith message in it, and thought that maybe it was personal to me. I was amazed, how can anyone hear these lyrics and not realise it’s God talking to His (potential) bride, we humans? So, here are the lyrics below:

[Verse 1]

Maybe you want to give me kisses sweet
But only for one night with no repeat
Maybe you’ll go away and never call
And a taste of honey is worse than none at all

[Chorus]
Oh, little girl
In that case, I don’t want no part
I do believe that would only break my heart
So if you feel like loving me, if you’ve got that notion
I second that emotion
So if you feel like giving me a life time of devotion
I second that emotion

[Verse 2]
Maybe you think that love will tie you down
And you don’t seem to like to hang around
Or maybe you think that love was made for fools
So it makes you wise to break the rules

[Chorus]
Oh, little girl
In that case, I don’t want no part
I do believe that would only break my heart
So if you feel like loving me, if you’ve got that notion
I second that emotion
So if you feel like giving me a life time of devotion
I second that emotion
I second that emotion
I second that emotion
I second that emotion
(Oh little girl)

I have nothing else to add, you’d have to be blind not to see the story of Israel and Yah summarised in that song, and the church in the past century too, but I’ll quote from 2 Chronicles 16 to show what God wants:

For the eyes of the LORD roam to and fro over all the earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is fully devoted to Him.

No half-assed faux faith and obedience, He wants your total and utter devotion, and He deserves that too, having created the whole universe, our planet, and each and every human ever to have existed. Are you devoted to Him, or do you just pretend that you are, with a church visit once a week, to socialise, and nary a thought for His will, His laws, commands and statutes?

Most do, just a pathetic facsimile of faith and obedience, and that’s why He’s full of wrath now, the whole world has effectively forgotten the REAL YEHOVAH GOD. But not for long, as I will be reminding the world soon, and then our Glorious Lord will be back before too long to sort out the remaining mess. And then the fun starts, for 1,000 years, reigning on earth with the Lord. So sweet that will be, I can hardly wait. I’ll reveal the exact date of his return shortly, it is not too far off, but also it’s not within the next few years. So, please, sort yourselves out now, leave the unsalty dimly-lit churches run by wolves, and seek scripture, or let me teach you if you need help.

Do His will, start today.
